This is a 2-CD set of the Mollie B Polka Party Christmas Special as seen on the RFD-TV network. Three new audio CDs have been released by Fred Kuhar at Classic Records of some of the television appearances of the late Johnny Pecon & Lou Trebar from back in the late 1950s / early 1960s. Janez & Lojze contains 14 tracks, nearly an hour of music and skits as Johnny & Lou play their half-chromatic button accordions. The Al Wish TV Auction Party, both volumes, contain over 30 tracks and nearly 80 minutes of music each. This show was broadcast over a major market television station in Cleveland, Ohio, back in the late 1950s and early 1960s. All of these rare live performances are now available for the first time on CD with remastered audio from those old tapes. Joe Godina of Spotlight Inernational in Hermitage, PA, took on the task of remastering some of the late Eddie Habat's classic material previously only found on 45 RPMs and LPs onto this first Remembering CD release. The tunes were actually slowed down to a normal pace. The original selections were sped up when they were first released (musicians need not worry - the keys of the songs have remained the same). 28 tracks are featured encompassing Eddie's storied musical career. This is one for your archives.

Lori started playing the button box at the age of seven, studying first with her grandfather & father, later with the late.Mario Mosti. Dan started playing accordion at the age of 8, had his own band for many years in Cleveland, Ohio, and most recently played with the Frank Moravcik Band for 10 years. Johnny's wife Martha Krizancic put together this 23-track Waltz Away With Johnny K CD in memory of her late husband Johnny. It goes back over Johnny's recording career and presents some beautiful Serbo-Croation and Slovenian waltzes & variety music as recorded by his band and select studio musicians.

German Oktoberfest is a "best of" 19-track compilation as recorded by Al Bachmann & Elizabeth Stein on LPs released in the 1970s & early 1980s. Milan has put together a compilation from his recordings produced back in the 1970s. 20 tracks from a few different albums comprised on this CD dedicated to Milan's long-time sax player Mel Petrosky.

This group is led by Jake Kouwe who originally formed the band in 2003 while in high school. Most of the group is now in their early 20s still playing their eclectic style of mostly original polka music. CD contains 13 tracks of polkas and one waltz including originals "Free Beer Polka," " Two Sisters Polka," " Polka Dancing Girl" plus favorites such as "I've Got A Wife At Home," "Who Stole the Keeshka" & "Oh Marie Polka."
